I don't know about Krautsploitation, but Sternklang were certainly one of the first US bands to do such a thing if this does in fact date from 1995 (yes, I know there were earlier bands like Ra Can Row, Zenith Effluveum, The Decayes and others, but they didn't use the K word back in the late 70s / early 80s) sounding like a demented low-fi hybrid of Guru Guru and Faust on the first side of this. Early for such stoner-grunge too.
