The music is great, and the guitar (obviously) shines on this. But overall, it's a rather 'flat' sounding release. I assume that's mainly because it's an FM broadcast. Great music. OK sound.

I am almost positive that this is actually the set list for the January 15, 1980 show that SRV did at Steamboat. The bootleggers mix these shows up all the time, and this website doesn't even include the date.
I was at this show, which was broadcast on KLBJ-FM, and portions of the show were released on the official CD "In the Beginning," which is a good clue this is the wrong show because the start of the show was on the recording, and doesn't square with this.
For the record, my set list for April 1, 1980 is this:
1. In The Open
2. Dust My Broom (Robert Johnson)
3. They Call Me Guitar Hurricane
4. The Sky Is Crying
5. I'm Leaving You (Commit A Crime)
6. All Your Love (I Miss Loving)
7. Tin Pan Alley
8. Love Struck Baby
9. Tell Me(Howling Wolf)
10. Shake For Me(Howling Wolf)
11. Little Wing
12. Collins Shuffle (Freddie KINg)
13. I'm Crying
14. Texas Flood
15. I Tried Pretty Baby
16. Hideaway
17. Rude Mood
This squares with the 9 songs on the CD, plus the 8 songs that were not included.

Thus, according to setlist user Chasman , lacking the last three tracks on the disc (15. I Tried Pretty Baby, 16. Hideaway, 17. Rude Mood). Otherwise, it's almost the most complete released version of the live performance by Stevie Ray Vaughan - live in Austin Texas from April 1, 1980!
