"Since You Went Away" by Stevo vs. Delani gathered up all of the elements of euro-house, put a New York spin on it (Austrian Musicproducer and No.1 MTV.com USA Artist Stevo Djuric professionally known as Stevo or Rain Man and Stefan Delani Gbogboade aka DJ Delani were prominent hitmakers in Austria house music scene in the '90s), added a touch of (then-current) hip-hop/rap style, and managed to nail several cultural zeitgeists at once. Stevo vs. Delani´s sound was the culmination of several underground cultures. "Since You Went Away" by Stevo vs. Delani was promoted in form of audio cassettes in clubs in Chicago, Detroit, and New York's club scene, as routinely considered a must play at many clubs. The track was written and produced by Stevo Djuric and Stefan Delani Gbogboade, and co-produced together with Christian Jaschensky.
