A1: May be obvious but it really does sound like plaid doing a drum & bass track. As usual they have a captivating blend of happy/moody synths and stabs and this case a rather funky bassline but it's almost like they're hamstrung by the Drum & Bass structure impinging on their creativity or usual direction/pace changes. Certainly in the more cerebral stable for Drum & Bass but not a natural fit. Engaging (save a shotlived dull breakdown) and a curiousity all the same. [EIGHT]
AA1: While high production standards as usual grace a Digital release it also has his hallmark of being really rather dull bar a short use of synth/strings about halfway through. Time hasn't been good to Digital nor to this. [SIX]
