Mine finally arrived and is in good shape. Fidelity wise, the sound is quite good to my ears. My pressing is flat, though not that quiet at all, with a fair amount of surface noise. I am hoping that a more thorough cleaning will take care of most of that, but not overly confident.

Just got my copy the other day and have played it twice through now. Sounds great.

My copy sounds great! The sound and fidelity are there!!! My question is will the colored market hold? All the colored versions go for more on Discogs. Passing fancy or real deal?

As with the other recent commenters, my copy sounds perfect too. Not pancake flat, but very close.

As I heard the first crackle of an imperfect pressing, I folded my arms , dug my hands into my armpits and made an audible "hmph!", with eyebrows furrowed, nose crinkled. One could not know such an inconsolable feeling.
"Daddy!", I cried. "Daddy I demand you contact Sturgill Simpson immediately and let him know this vinyl, though colorful, is not of audiophile grade!"
And daddy did.
