Little did I know when I first bought this 12" just how big some of the tunes on it would become.
I bought it for "The Dance" which is a fantastic tune in its own right, with its piano and simple groove and souring strings, topped off with the funky bassline and of course the spoken vocal, making a great house track, which still sounds great today.
On the B-side you have "Drumtrack" deep bass, driving percussion & great vocal loop, creating a deeper more driving track than "The Dance" & very payable in its own right.
Than you have B3 which on most 12" you would expect too much but this happened to be "Le Voie Le Soleil" & what a tune this became - full on hands in the air monster, big string intro, soaring synths, break-beat percussion, then drops the piano! Total hands in the air - huge track ! I guess its the B3 tune as doesn't really fit with the Tribal sound of the time.
This is an amazing 12" with 3 fantastic tracks, worth a listen and a must for any collector.
