I can't remember too much about 'Fly' from this release, other than it being an okay piece of Bristolian tinged drum & bass with jazzy vocals. But I do absolutely remember the flip, 'Prisoner'.

A classic slab of energetic jump-up drum & bass. Using the main melody from The Turtles 1969 hit, 'You Showed Me' (which in turn was also nicked by De La Soul and DJ Food to name but two other fellow samplers), along with dialogue from the vintage spy show 'The Prisoner', to create a awesome mix of psychedelic jump-up. Accompanied by crunching breakbeats and fitting 'Austin Powers' 60's vibe, this is the essence of fun and from an era before the term 'jump-up' meant weak hip-hop remixes and annoying bass sounds.
