I absolutely LOVE this record! It dropped in december of 1986. I only heard it on the radio one time, and it was DJ Red Alert who played it, in January of 1987. The rappers are two females, whom never appeared on vinyl again as far as I know. It's the track that makes this record great. It's got a real nice beat with heavy bass, and some real eerie bassline, with what sounds like finger cymbals, or maybe a very small bell. Altogether, I think they did a fantastic job on the production, and they did a great job making a record that didn't sound like anything else at that time. Fast foward to 1999... On the Pharoahe Monch LP "Internal Affairs", the track "Rape" sounds like it may have sampled this record. Everytime I hear that track, even the first time I heard it, I couldn't help but think of this track. I always wanted to ask Pharoahe if he indeed sample this record, but I have yet to have the chance.
