Had this one for quite a while, but never got to listen to it until two days ago, since then it has been on permanent rotation...
Now I am starting 2018 with it, this pressing is among my best sounding records!
Really powerful, yet dynamic and clear as a mountain lake, still having that certain "bit" that we all search for...
It never sounds muddy, even at the end of side two, "Ever Open Door" still sounds gorgeous...
Great music aswell...
P.S.: I absolutely LOVE the flute solo on "Better Days", reminds me of Jethro Tull, but still inside that "Supertramp feel",
so great...

The last Supertramp album worth owning. Its a cold war concept album filled with brilliant music drawn on blues, prog rock, jazz, funk and an almost soundtrack like ephemeral quality. Recording is amazing and the band is tight not to mention Dave Gilmour's contribution tops it all out with a cherry performance. A testament that Rick Davis was just as potent a singer and composer fir this legendary band as his other half i.e. Roger Hodgson.
