Its probably a good example of how not to make a stereo soundstage, but if you like to sit between your speakers as I do, the novelty of hearing the band one side of you and the singer on the other doesn't really wear thin. I imagine it must induce headaches if you use headphones though. The dub side is also rather excellent with great sounding bass, good release.

Does anybody know what's the deal with the "1970" on the label? Magnet started in 1973, the original version of the song by Katie Love And The Four Shades Of Black came out in 1971 and the Millie Jackson version - which the Cadogan version is clearly based on - was not released before 1973... Was it a joke because it sounds so 1970?
