As Sportingaz has said, a truly haunting tune that transcends musical boundaries and generations. It was one of the few tunes of the period that I could play to my folks and they'd 'get it', although I admit I slowed it down a couple of notches!

Incidentally, Daringa Street is a real street in Mile End in Australia, hence the obvious links to the producer.

Took me 11 years to find this tune having first heard it on a Top Buzz DJ tape and, you know, it was worthwhile waiting.

An absolute blinder.

Its always puzzled me that 'System A.D' doesn't appear to have released any further records along these lines following what I think is one of the best jungle/techno tracks of all time. For me this EP sums up the time when the perfect balance between jungle and hardcore was struck and although it was only for a very short time, 12"'s like this shouldn't be forgotten about. I gather he produces D&B of a more soulful nature and lives in Australia these days, I've always been fascinated by these tracks though so wherever the System is now. Big Up!
