This Talk Talk "Colour of Spring" pressing has absolute pristine sound quality; rich, textured, spacious, all audiophile adjectives you can enumerate. Dead quiet with no pops, clicks, etc. My copy came just perfect. Even the CD goes directly into my top 10 sound wise. Can't compare with the original pressing but I doubt it can outmatch this one. Buy with 100% confidence.

system: Rega P8 + Dynavector XX-2 cartridge; Plinius; Sonus Faber Concerto

I purchased this album earlier in 2018 at an audio store, recommended as having "good sound". Not only did the overall quality of the LP/production/pressing impress, but the MUSIC was way more sophisticated than I remembered it...I subsequently went out and purchased all the Talk Talk's albums I could find over the next few weeks. Great Band! So glad I rediscovered them and have since spread the word to others...
