Unlike the generic Talamanca System Remixes 12", which are pretty boring, this one is pretty good. There's nothing to do with the band or the original song, though. This is basically a spacy Ambient tune in two different arrangements, that contains samples of the chorus vox and the mail melody (reconstructed).

If you're a TFT or 80s fan - I wouldn't recommend this, but for Ambient lovers, this is a very fine release.

Excellent, addictive, refreshing versions of an 80's classic, pressed onto faultless vinyl. The re-use of original period graphics is the finishing touch for this qualitative release.

I'm a big fan of the band and the original song and i have to say i love this release, particularly the Sketches version. It's a very tripped out, balearic 'cafe del mar' style take, so check it out if that's your kind of thing. Personally i can't get enough of it.

How to ruin a good song. This one is even worse than the Talamanca remixes.
