Folk-tinted psych-jazz that doesn't shy away from the funk. "Stone Folk" is the all-time classic you probably heard that brought you here and it's definitely the album's best track, but "Fall Out" has made its way onto a handful of 60s psych comps and for good reason. A lot of the other tracks are a little too light to leave much of an impression, but the record maintains a sort of ethereal atmosphere and the musicianship is always top-notch. "Moorish Mode" is also notable for its incorporation of Spanish flavor (natch), and is one of several tracks that gets bonus points for the heavy use of vibraphone (one of my favorite instruments).

Really, though, the reason you need to hear this is the uniqueness. Not much else made before or since sounds much like this; it's got almost the same vibe as Träd, Gräs och Stenar only a lot less heavy. I return to it way more often than many other records from the same time period.
