My copy says Kevin Reeves, not Greg Calbi, remastered this reissue. Of course, it could be a last minute change between the liner notes going to press and actual remastering, but how do we know Calbi did the work?

Also, do we know if Record Industry in Haarlem, Netherlands pressed this?
