One of their most coherent and yet varied albums from the 70s. Muhal Richard Abrams contributes some nice piano, Roscoe Mitchell's quirky composing skills get an airing. The part that might try some people's patience is the recitation (poem?) by Joseph Jarman on "Illistrum."
