I'm guessing this record came out after the fire in 1987 that gutted R.E. Lee High School in Baytown Texas. The fire was started by a School District contractor who wanted to gain the contract build a new High School to replace it. The school wasn't destroyed, but there was major damage and the school district wanted to level it and build a new, politically correct High School in a newer part of town. After protests by citizens and a signature drive to have a special election held to decide the issue, R.E. Lee High School was renovated and remains in use today. Built in 1928, it has stood for almost 90 years.
