What's in the gatefold? Just the lyrics on a white background? My original pressing has a printed inner sleeve with lyrics, but is not gatefold.

Anyone else have issues with skips on side two? Just wondering if it's the pressing or I got unlucky.

FYI full album catalog expected in vinyl in 2016 (in progress now via Universal) possibly including LGBD - outside of Record Store Day
