Does anyone have an insert for this version that they would be willing to part with?

My copy has red labels rather than orange and yellow - anybody have any ideas?

This is the Promotion 7" Single ("Gates Of The West", "Groovy Times") Epic AE7 1178 (1979), which belongs to the LP "The Clash" (JE 36060).

Anyone else find this pressing pretty horrible? Mine had a lot of surface marks, the spindle hole was full of vinyl and looked like it was punched wrong. Overall it sounds like crap. Maybe it was just mine, but I would beware of this pressing.

As far as I know, the version with A1/B1 matrix was withdrown after a few copies of white label test press was made for company review. Therefore, the record should not be housed in a printed sleeve. The first public release with a sleeve was supposed to be A2/B2, which was soon replaced by A5/B3 because of the sound quality problem. I guess the sleeve displayed in this section might be attached later to protect the record.

some copies have a round sticker on front "Precio redondo - Tambien en cassette"
