I guess this could be considered the "20th Anniversary" edition since this was originally released in 2000?

The shrink wrap was too tight and damaged the cover – there is ring wear and a small tear. Fortunately the discs were not warped.

My copy of Bloodflowers sounds pretty good for a picture disc. Not warpred, smooth and clean. I was not overly impressed with the CD when it came out and it collects dust on a shelf. Really enjoying this LP. For me it is almost like a new Cure release. I remember hearing Maybe Someday a handful of times over the years, and the band played 39 at the Pasadena Daydream Festival, so this sounds very new to my ears... and very Cureish.

Am I the only one that got two copies of sides C & D, but no A & B?

I do have to agree, the picture disc sounds fantastic. No pops, nothing. Clean.

I was against the picture disc..... I still wish it wasn't but it sounds great compared to what I expecting. Also on sides A and C who can get mad seeing Robert and his face spinning

A/B wasn't perfectly flat and there were a few pops, but honestly, this turned out a lot better than I expected. Bloodflowers is my favourite Cure record, and I was on the fence with this because of the picture discs, but it sounds really good. If they do a black vinyl reissue later I probably won't bother picking it up, I think this will be sufficient.

SIDE A: PERFECT
SIDE B: SWOSH SWOSH SKIP
SIDE C: SWOSH SWOSH
SIDE D: SWOSH SWOSH SKIP

In general, not the greatest but I was quite impressed with Watching Me Fall. This is the only song on this pressing that was enjoyable, sounds much different than the CD. All other tracks sounded like the CD. If this is your favorite track off the album, it is definitely worth owning to hear this song on vinyl.

Very pleasantly surprised. Sounds amazing. Silent and flat. Very impressed.
