I could post a raving review on just about any release by The Exaltics, but if there's one 12" I absolutely have to comment on it is this one. The first time I sampled "Let The Invasion Begin" was one of those jaw-dropping, add to shipping cart instantly moments. The haunting scifi dialog is incredibly alluring, backed by an ominous, pumping bass line and metallic whirl with futuristic bleeps echoing about. I can't get enough of this track alone, the only unfortunate part is the rather short duration. How could they put such an amazing starter cut clocking at only 2:38?? Either way, this whole EP is great.

"The Hunch" packs a real mean punch with its electro vibe and sinister warbling synth riffs. Amazing stuff.

"Warships Over Jena City" has a synth loop that has an old school techno in your face feel; pulsing and flashing with a hypnotic flare. Regardless of how good the other tracks are, I always find myself going back to track 1 again. Worthy to note is the single-sided sequel to this release "We Are Not Your Friends... (Annihilate The Planet)" which has a KILLER remix of "The Hunch" called "The Hunch (The Exaltics' Annihilate The Planet)"... Both cuts are fantastic, they remind me of Jega. Both of these 12"s were limited, so get them if you can, they are SO worth it.
