My favourite live album of all time. The sound quality is immaculate on the pressing I own, I have no idea what everyone else is on about.

Muddy Sound! My copy has a very bad sound quality. Everything is mixed very "centered", highs and bass are missing. The vinyl output is definitely not high-end quality. Too bad, the music deserved it.

There seem to be two pressings with very different price points. Amazon has them listed as being released only two weeks apart. Does the second pressing match up sonically with the first?

Gotta agree with Guill. In the age of video, why in the hell release an audio-only document when the concerts were filmed? Another disappointing decision from Kate.

A masterpiece of a live recording. The audio quality is at least very good overall.

my copy was flawless in quality. Hello Earth is one of my favorite tracks and to hear Kate sing it now was amazing.

There are unconfirmed rumours that this set has been quietly repressed. Certainly, copies have recently been seen in FOPP stores for under £50

Along with getting married, having kids, travelling the world......seeing Kate Bush live was definitely a life highlight!!!!! This album captures [as best you can without actually being there] the live experience which is Kate Bush and co..... I remember shuffling out of the Hammersmith Apollo in total quietness with the rest of the audience who like me were in a state of total astonishment and wonderment of what had just happened. This for me is possibly one of the best live albums ever released, I understand there were no re-takes or overdubs which in todays over manufactured world is a rare thing. Well here it is Kate Bush live and direct doing her thing, no need for a DVD as its all about the music and the emotion it brings........amazing!!!

Contrary to other reviews on here, I have bought-all from different retailers- and returned 5 copies of this LP set for the following reasons: the final two discs covering Act III were very poorly manufactured with pits, dents and non-fill in particular on the final disc. On Act III Part 1 Side 1 there was an odd line of dents running across the centre of the disc on 3 copies and the final disc had a lot of problems on the second side with pops, crackles and the dreaded non-fill on all the discs. I have cobbled a half decent set out of the 5 and have stopped trying to get one without all these flaws on the final discs. Also, many of the inner sleeves have bends from the discs being put in without much care. From the other reviews though, there clearly are good copies out there but I would just recommend some caution-I haven't found them to be that great for something now selling for quite a lot of money. Fantastic music though-obviously-and yes one of the best concerts I have ever been to.
