Slew Music was the publishing arm of Speed Records, also based at the same address as above.
It also happens to be an acronym for co-owner and producer (S)tan (Lew)is.

Matrix numbers on this release correspond to what would have been Speed SP 1018;
it's likely Speed Records was already in liquidation; that might explain why this release came out
via Slew Publishing / Stan Lewis Productions. The master was shopped to Roulette who released it as R-7065

Slew Music was the publishing company of Speed Records,
also based at 345 West 58th Street NY 10019.

Presumably this was the first local release before being picked up by Roulette;
utilising the rhythm bed of Dave Cortez & The Moon People's "Happy Soul With A Hook",
with the rudimentary vocal overdub of "Hippy Skippy Moon Strut," aimed to cash in on the
Apollo 11 moonshot of July 16th, 1969.
