Notes

Sub-title : Presenting the ORIGINAL SKA-TALITES from JAMAICA.

*There is also a version of this release which has the 8 tracks listed per side on the cover and the 8 listed on the labels, with exactly the same matrices in the run outs.
Labels here read with title as 'Ska Authentic Vol. 1'
Cover and labels track listings are very different here as on reissue The Original Ska-Talites* - Ska Authentic which this reissue variant with unique ink-stamped labels is most similar to though listing 8 tracks on each side as opposed to the printed listing on back cover with 5 tracks on Side 1 and 6 on Side 2.
The runout etchings are identical to r2168380 though the labels and front cover without the green 'K' are completely different from r2168380.
Differences in track listings as follows:
Side 1: Track 1 is listed on label as 'Lee Harvey Oswald' and on back cover as 'Lee Oswald'
Track 4 is 'Mother in Law' with Lee Perry on vocal instead of 'Further East' as listed on back
cover.
Track 5 is 'Musical Communication' instead of 'You're So Delightful' (positioned here as
A7) as listed on back cover.
Omitted on back cover are Tracks A6 and A8 'Four Corners' ending Side 1 as opposed to
opening Side 2 as listed on back cover (See track listing above)

Side 2: Track 1 is 'Dance The Ska' sung by Delroy & Paulette' as opposed to 'Four Corners' as listed
on back cover.
Track 2 is 'Teach The Ska' sung by Lord Brynner as opposed to 'Scrap Iron' as listed on back
cover.
Track 3 is 'Scrap Iron' as opposed to 'Feeling Good as listed on back cover.
Track 4 is 'Ball of Fire' as opposed to 'Royal Flush' as listed on back cover.
Track 5 is 'Christine Keiler' as opposed to 'Ball of Fire' as listed on back cover.
Track 6 is 'Heavens Declare' sung by The Maytals' as opposed to 'Christine Keiler' as listed
on back cover.
Track 7 is 'Ska-Ba' omitted from back cover track listing.
Track 8 is 'Exodus' omitted from back cover track listing.
