If time machines existed "Saturday night, ladies & gentleman here at the Manly Vale" 1983 is the first place I would go.
No not Woodstock, this music is just as good, if not more awesome, a beer is easier to get, it's dry and LSD is not for me.
Truely a night where legends already, are rebirthed into a legendary gig & album.
Sure other albums by the Party Boys were released but get no where near the sheer energy & power of performance on this album.
I was lucky enough to see the Walsh line up with Marc Hunter on vocals & the ever reliable KB on Rock God guitar at The Old Lion in North Adelaide.
One of the best shows I have had the privilege of attending.
Watching Walsh & Borich standing side by side blitzing through the "Tops" Sharp Dressed Man was an awesome sight & sound.
Being present at the Manly Vale no doubt have been equal to if not superior judging by this record.
