First released in january 1965. In mid 1965 "blind man" text was censored. Before the censored cover was printed, a paper sheet was pasted on back cover (see close up images) with "blind man" text removed. There is no printer credit, only "made in England".

This release have ''unboxed'' decca Logo on label . Upper label rim states ''Made in England'' on side 1 and "MADE IN ENGLAND. THE DECCA RECORD CO.LTD" on side 2. Early matrix number. K/T tax code on label but JT tax code on runout. Ungrooved label. Release with 65/66 sleeve and labels but pressed in 1968/69. Inner sleeve is dated 2-69. (See release history for detail).

I have dated this release 1965 because this "transitional" cover was supposed to be print very early after the first release of the record. That match with the label layout and with the matrix number witch indicate an early repress/reissue. The problem is the un grooved label. I have read that it can only be found at the beginning of 1968. I have made different search on internet and I have always found transitional covers with record 1A/2A. Does it means that this kind of transitional copy was incredibly rare on the first month and was printed during 2/3 years ? If you have information...
