Absolute Classic House / Garage Reissue & a must in any House DJ's collection.
The track has a laid back groove driven by its percussive loops and pads. and has a jazz feel with the various instruments that come in and out of the track.

Yes, all about the B side for me. Eerie and deep sounds that still work.

Everybody raves about Luv Dancin, which is, no doubt, a great track, but to me the gem here is afterthought. So deep and mysterious it takes a while to get back to the surface after that trip down the oubliette.

These days it’s a matter of course that when a track gets big enough to register on the crossover radar someone’s going to end up slapping a vocal on it, even if it’s been proven that straight-up tracks can be hits too. But back in 1990 when ‘Luv Dancin’ was turning out to be a monster cut for a very young and emergent Roger Sanchez, you couldn’t get a record played on daytime radio without a vocal. Ever the innovators, Strictly came up with the idea of reproducing the record with a new vocal. The result often gets overshadowed by its illustrious original, but it’s not without its charms and was the label’s first big vocal cut.
