Limited numbered edition of 3000 copies, offered with the French Polydor 4-CD box set, only in Fnac stores. Card sleeve with peelable banana sticker.

Contains previously unreleased versions at the time. [1] is a promotional radio advertising with "I'm set free" and "What goes on" in the background. [2], [3] and [4] were recorded live at Club End of Cole Avenue, Dallas, Texas. [5] is another previously unreleased version sung by Lou Reed.
