Listening to this now. Of the only examples I have seen sold and for hefty sums at that, I think they all incorrectly state this is psyche, folk whatever. The album is chock full of interesting arrangements that cover several genres in one album (and do it well). The track Very Good Year reminds me of Grace Slick singing Julie London smokey barroom music with the muted trumpet backing. Next is He Told Me with it's tribal rhythm bongo backing. Another track which I would have to check back on is a straight up campfire hippe acoustic slide bluesy folk track w/ pretty interesting/LSD inspired??? lyrics. Probably one of the better obscure records I have heard. No fillers in my opinion, just a broad range coolness that I think most people would enjoy. The mastering is very good as you would expect from GP
