"Heal Yourself and Move" is very essential. It conjures that melancholic Detroit spirit of struggle and definance. The cut is interesting as an electronic/organic hybrid: electronic in the sense of Basic Channel-esque minimalism; organic by its inclusion of a somber male vocal proclaiming "heal yourself and move..... let God, be your guide....."

Definitely my pick of this set.
