Worth noting, the 7" version of "Distant Dreams (pt. II)" is somewhat different mix comparing it to the one made available as bonus on later Grey Area CD editions of "Mission Of Dead Souls" (it's even stated for curious eyes on the rear cover of that CD release). On 7" though, this one starts off a bit strange - along fades in some weird noise, then all of a sudden the synth-arrangement kicks off a bit neither head nor tail. To be honest, the version off the "Mission Of Dead Souls" CD is much better in terms of "complete".

In all, this is by far TG's most accessible "pop" release - "Adrenalin" is catchy and "Distant Dreams" provide a truly beautiful electronic pulse, graced with exotic touches over xylophone, complemented along by rotating (if somewhat scary) "twilight zone-ish" riff plus synthetic/choral strings for soothing effect. To put is simple - this is beautiful, despite Biba Kopf's once scary claim - "God they were ugly, TG, make no mistake - but who said that music had to be nice?"

Quite good, though not their strongest single. Remarkable looking.
