The break in the remix is truly astonishing. But I think this record suffered from over-playment. (i just made that word up.)

What makes a remix a good remix? Some resemblance to the original version and a new perspective to the track. It should represent the talent and style of the remixer without being too much the same old. Some innovation doesn't harm it either. Taking those factors into consideration – and others which you might have - Nathan Fake has truly pushed the envelope and brought us one of the best tunes of the year. Considering his wide range of talent, it's hardly any news that this is something we have never heard from him before – his tech house minimal, what-ever-you-want-to-call-it, remix is just utterly sick. Once you hear it sticks in your head (and in your box as well). Hell, I usually hate one-sided releases but this is one of those few exceptions which had deserved to be.
