Certainly one of the best of the new prog bands from France to emerge in the late 1980's. Tiemko came from the Paris suburbs, and were on one hand distinctly French, yet also took in influence from the Steve Hackett school of instrumental rock, with thick keyboard wedges and sizzling guitars. I'd class this one as their second best (they were getting better and more confident with each album) a prequel to the mastery of album #3 "Parade" which heralded the move to weird. So, if you want a finely balanced instrumental prog with that something different "Ocean" is a good one.
