The original of 'Ljudet Av' is a funky hiphopnumber fueled by the sampling of funky disco classic 'Stool Pidgeon' (by Kid Creole). Måns & Mårten of Breakmecanix took the sample and cut it up a bit and added their own flair to it while Timbuk spits rhymes with each bar consisting of 1 multisyllable word. Timbuk as the gifted emcee as he is does this well and manage to make something coherent & slightly political like he always manages to infuse into his tracks. He also manages to drop a special shoutout to the ever-so-loved 'swedish ravecommission'.

Being the party number that it is, it was a nobrainer to drop some house remixes for the singlerelease. Here delivered by three of sweden's less sung house producers. Both remixes uses the 'Stool Pidgeon' sample to it's fullest (as it should be since it's a great choice of sample).

Aruba (Alf Tumble & Rasmus Faber) goes for a traditional approach and drops a heavy beat and let's the track grow in, simple but with great success. Mankz (Mats Bryntse) goes for a slightly different approach and uses a deeper bass that carries the track while the sample is gaining steam. Bryntse also uses more of the hype elements of Timbuks rhymes to build up the track with good effect.
