Not sure which one I should say my copy is, I know for sure it's a Volcano and Dissectional CD/ DVD version but CD says it's the VHS version and has a different typeface than the DVD (along with being glossy while the latter of the two matte). It has corrections that later pressings have, but booklet says it was made in 2000 and not 2001. DVD also has this weird menu that rarely pops up on old windows computers.

Does anyone know how many copies were made of the original pressing?
