Amazing. They were ahead of their time. There is a reissue from Germany on CD 2013.

Why did I rate it max?
When it came to us in 1981 via John Peel, we were struck by this combination of straight beats and hovering, wall-of-sound type keyboards, plus glam guitars. And above it Paul Wilcox's voice, acting clear and coolly. On the first listen-by it sounds almost mainstream, but that's a trap for the unsuspecting crowd... they will look more disturbed after taking in some lyrics, like "Zolian Space"... And with "When I was young", it features another example of a cover version outclassing the original.
It is still one of my favorite electro/wave albums of all time. I could not listen to it for several years but it never got out of my head. It was one of those for which I went out and bought a turntable deck again after 8 years. Excellent music for, say, driving through areas marked by modern architecture, of all ages.
They have a page on myspace where you can listen to MP3s of this album, and some later stuff (MYSPACE.COM/trekwithquintronic).
