the east coast remix effectively lays the original and Westcoast remix to rest with vicious production and showcasing the best style of Kool Keith's early 90s "Rhythm-X" era of rapping. Ultramagnetic MCs still use this version today when performing live- just a shame at the time it was not included on the album.

Similar to the "Soul Clap EP" from Showbiz & A.G., this used to be one of the most desired 12" from the 90ties, for a Hip-Hop DJ / collector of that time. The "East Coast Mix". The wordplay & that attitude, pfff...

I wouldent bother with this unoffical release. I bought a mint copy in shrink wrap and it sounds cak. Maybe something to do with the mastering?.

Original Pressing has etched "866-733-1-A"/"866-733-1-B" in run-out groove. It has also written "Printed in U.S.A." on the back of the cover.

There has never been an offical reissue of this 12 inch. The bootleg has "55317E1/A" etched in run-out groove. Cover and label printings are blurry and they don't have written "Printed in U.S.A." on the back of the cover.

A large amount of the Mercury rap catologue was re-released around 2004 - 2005 including this record by the Ultramagnetic MC's. You can tell the differecnce as if you look at the label of the record it's a Dark Blue/Purply colour whereas the original was a lighter blue. Also the sleeve on the rear looks a little blurred on the re-issue
