"code red" on this vinyl is actually sampling from another track from 1988: https://www.discogs.com/Safire-Taste-The-Bass/release/190050

The track on this EP which is now known as 'Siren' in Oldskool circles, is a truly awesome tune which rocked dancefloors in the North East, where I did most of my clubbing in 1992. It was given a wider audience after it's appearance on Danny Rampling's Mixmag Mix. What most people don't know, is that the main body of the track (well most of it, to be honest!) is lifted from David Morales' Redzone Mix of 'Taste The Bass' by Safire (Even the Horns!!). Just need to get myself a copy now!!
