With the phone numbers, maybe something to do with Nicky Blackmarket & Ray Keith?

Hill Street has a massive bass line (this is an understatement) over a mellow piano break (yes, the bass sits on top of this one). This tune is upbeat, lacking melodrama, bringing a fresh jungle flavor using sped up 92 breaks. (8/10) Now Is The Time playfully serenades TLC vox over distinctive drums. This tune oozes creativity and substance using a straightforward formula. (9.5/10) Freedom brings the hardcore business... not quite manic, has driving tempo, organ and piano breaks taking turns over a crisp drum break. Most contemplative vibe of the four. This one brings depth of thought to the conversation via clever but not ostentatious sample work and shuffling energy. (9/10) United is a funky tune. It seems like a spiritual predecessor to a UK Garage tune, while channeling a similar vibe to DJ Raps Spiritual Aura (same breakbeat). Overall, great tune, but feels kind of repetitive. (7/10)
