This is the release the public should have gotten. The "Almighty Mix" of Usher's "OMG" has been such a hit in 2010, and is probably the best example of how well a classic/synthy, 90's inspired Euro House remix of an Urban/R'N'B track can still become a huge hit when the track is well promoted. This is something that touches me very deeply as I am an avid fan of the sound of the 90's, and for someone like me, this remix has got it all. If modern Dance music would have been evolving towards this direction, I would be the happiest of man. But this is only my very biased opinion. :)

This release was given as a promotional item to people participating in a certain contest on the Almighty website, and is destined to become a very rare collector's item since tracks 3 and 4 cannot be found anywhere else. This is too bad as it is the perfect release for anybody who enjoyed the Almighty Mix and wanted to hear a little more of it in subtle variations (such as the vocal-less Instrumental version, or the slightly differently-arranged Dub version). I'm crossing my fingers regarding a potential future web release, but until then, I will continue to enjoy the original, un-cut "Almighty Club Mix", and will still regard it as my personal favourite track for the year 2010.
