I first heard this around 2002 after DnB was recommended by a friend from school. I reckon i would've listened to it for 6 months every morning on the way to and from school on my cd player. Still to this day I would say this is the best dnb compilation CD you can find. Encoder manages to bring 3 completely different vibes over the whole compilation. Like the poster below I would have to agree that each tune off this Album is worth for purchase on wax.

I started heavily buying DnB CDs in 99/2000, and vinyl began in 2000, and this was one of the comps where I tried to get each and every track from this mix into my wax collection. A lot of those comps are jokes to people involved in the scene, where there's 1 track starting the comp from Roni Size or a well known name, then the other 29 tracks are produced by nobodies who threw a breakbeat pattern into their Casio and pooped out a 6 minute diddy. All tracks on this mix truly demonstrate the millennium sound in UK Drum n Bass, and although the emphasis isn't on Decoder's mixing but rather the tunes themselves, they're still mixed well and all 3 CDs very a very different vibe, along the lines of TOV Music's triple threat of TOV for mainstream, Renegade for deeper soulful sounds, and Renegade Hardware dishing out tech mayhem. No affiliation, just an analogy.
