Worth for the James Jackrabbit track alone. Get it while it's cheap.

Don't know of a better original acid comp (and i've only disc one!) As far as I can tell, the majority of cuts here didn't get full 12" release ... Slave Acid Bitch, Clap Your Hands, Night Of Acid, I Can't Take The Heartbreak ... if they did, please let me know and i'll gladly take someones spare copy off their hands :-)
Up there with Trax's "Acid Trax" series (Volume 2 in particular) and taking on a similar format - 3 or 4 killer tracks a side.
This collection highly recommended & currently unbeatable value - time to bag a complete copy I think ...

The first ever Acid tape I ever owned. Bought from Woolworths back in 89' this showcases the best of American and European talent.
The Fast Eddie tracks are pretty much exclusive to this comp, and both are above average acid tracks. Sandoz I'm pretty certain is the same as Richard H Kirk though I could be wrong on this. The Tyree tracks are mixed. Night of Acid is a favourite of mine, proper dark acid that works well. Oh yeah, I'll have to admit that I've never liked.
Humanoid is of course Brian Dougans, the version here is adequate, it isn't the Snowman mix or any of the better unreleased ones from Your body robotic. Finally, the
James Jack Rabbit Martin track is awesome, proving that acid tracks can do real emotion as well as make you dance.
Extra note both sides are heavily mismatched, theres at least 5 minutes of dead space on side A and almost none on side B

This compilation of acid tracks contain some of the biggest artists of the early acid era under various names, togheter with rare tunes like James "Jack Rabbit" Martin "Only Want To Be". Unlike many other compilations, the tracks are carefully picked on this one making it an easy recommendation for those who want to track down some of the early acid tunes without having an extremely large bundle of cash to spend.
