Anybody know who is the performer on the comedy skits on the second disc? I found nothing in the liner notes and Googling any number of combinations of "Appetizers" "Warner" "1973" "Skit" "Insert" etc produced no significant results.

These are located between B3 and B4, before C1, between C3 and C4, and between D3 and D4. There's also a jarring surprise right before B1. =D
