The album-calendar ROMANIAN ARTISTS - EUROPEAN IMAGES - the tenth in a series of this profile inaugurated by the same publishers in 1984 (*) - is dedicated in this year's edition to the generous idea of the Romanian permanence in the context of the European culture.
The presentation of the reproductions from paintings belonging to prestige Romanian painters has been achieved by art critic Marina Preutu.
The selection of verse from the creation of the great Romanian poets and the final essay belong to literary critic loan Adam.
The English rendering of the verse is by Gabriela Bernat.
The attendant record was made by ELECTRECORD and the presentation is signed by musicologişt Viorel Cosma.
The English version of the presentation texts is by Sergiu Marcus.

A selection of Vasile Alecsandri's pastels in Romanian-French bilingual version, accompanied by a record containing Romanian folk songs in Ioana Radu's interpretation.

1991 - FLORILE DALBE • LILLY-WHITE FLOWERS
A representation in images and verse of folk oustoms from over the year achieved in the surroundings of the Village Museum of Bucharest, accompanied by a record containing Christmas carols interpreted by the Madrigal Choir conducted by Marin Constantin, and Romanian folk songs in Ioana Radu's interpretation.
1992 - ANOTIMPURI ROMÂNEȘTI • ROMANIAN SEASONS
Poems by Nichita Stănescu in Romanian-English bilingual version, accompanied by a record containing Romanian instrumental folk music interpreted by Dumitru Fărcaşu.

1993 - SARA PE DEAL • TWILIGHT ON HILLS
Homage paid to the Romanian village in verse belonging to classic Romanian poets, presented in Romanian-English bilingual version, and accompanied by a record containing Romanian folk-music from the interpretative creation of panpipe player Gheorghe Zamfir.
Illustrations: reproductions from paintings by great Romanian artists harboured in the National Gallery of Bucharest.
A popular pastoral ballad characteristic for the Romanian spirituality, presented in Romanian, English, French, Spanish, German, and Russian version, illustrated with painter Nicolae Brana's engravings. The attending record contains six melodic version distributed throughout the country's area, and fragments of the ballad recited in the above-mentioned foreign versions.
