I've gotta agree with the first reviewer. This is a pretty good disc.

I think that if the Chemical Brothers were represented on this CD by 'Surrender' instead of 'Let Forever Be', this CD would really be the one
disc to have for the lover of late nineties Astralwerks material.

Cassius and Basement Jaxx throw down some really excellent housey
material... 'Red Alert' is a total classic, and 'Feeling For You' is in my
opinion probably the best track Cassius ever produced. It's got a funky
ass bassline and some wild vocals.

On the more experimental side, mu-Ziq's 'Carpet Muncher' is a great minimal little tune from the album 'Royal Astronomy' that provides a
spacy interlude near the middle of the disc.

The album is closed by Fatboy Slim's 'Right Here, Right Now', which I
think has got to be one of his best tracks. It has sort of an epic, sultry
feel to it, building slowly to a banging climax.

The best part is that this was all free.... bundled as a promotional disc
with other releases!

Long after dust has gathered on some of those one hit Astralwerks
discs, this compilation is still ready for rotation every now and then.

This album has earned to distinction of being my favorite Astralwerks sampler (and I've heard 'em all) excellent range of styles. This is worth a listen! A+
