Sixty minutes of music or thereabouts compressed onto two sides of vinyl. Great compilation, but the sound is very flat.

I use to see this LP in the racks next to the acid house LPs..I always picked it up, looked at the back sleeve....read the back of sleeve, looking for artists etc. never recognised any as I was focused on acid comps. The fantastic sleeve would always make me pick me it up again every week I would visit the shop....Then it was gone, the shop proabably only had one copy....Then some 15 years later I bought it, and it was worth the wait..and also recognised a few tunes on the comp from a documentary on channel 4 ,....and thought....AHHHH thats so what it is

This is truly the album which started the whole scene in the uk.At that point in time there were not clubs playing eclectic tracks of different generes with such an effect.I remember going to spectrum & future "on one" , and thinking
it does'nt get much better than this.
The great thing is the tunes still sound underground nearly twenty years on,unlike the conveyor
belt of tracks dished out since. It was lovely being there at the begining!!!
