> NOTES : "Probably produced in GERMANY by the same person of DOWN TOWN BUNCH..."

The history of mixing begins with magnetic tapes. The Belgian ‘Big Boss’ is master mixer Steve Murphy who constructed cut-up-mixes and edits with his reel-to-reel unit. These unofficial bootleg mixes are done using samplers and various speed machines to loop, chopped and re-edited the sounds taken from the original releases and mixed them.

This is the first unofficial released mixed by Steve Murphy.
The pressing and distributing was unofficial done by someone else as artist itself.
Beside this 80’s Pré New Beat mix Steve Murphy made several New Beat and House mixes.

The bootlegmixes are :
Various ‎– Big Boss
Various ‎– Big Boss Vol II
Polatuo – Lightning/ Version [Disco Mix]/ Talax
Various ‎– Cardinal - Max Speed Route/Damascus/ Talax
