I was never a rockabilly guy... until I heard psychobilly. I always love a genre of music that can't really be defined. Every song offers a different glimpse of this dark world these "fringe" artists exist in. Following all the artists since has been fun too. Shocked to see Lord Such in there, of whom I unfortunately purchased his "Heavy Friends" record in my early teens in the 70's soley on the strength of Jimmy Page's influence (being a real Zep head at the time). But was surprised to find that I actually liked his song on "Blood", but maybe the weakest of all offerings. "Dinosaurs" by The Sting Rays by far my favorite. Over all, "Blood on the Cats" is full on cat scratchin;, head bangin' psychobilly front to back, top to bottom.
