A collection of dance-tracks that to this day still create havoc in a lot of popular Belgian clubs such as Illusion & Cherry Moon (RIP?). This is the soundtrack to the dawn of the Trance & Club scene as it was to be heard in the infamous Boccacio-club.
Personal favorites include Joe T. Vannelli's "Play With The Voice In Germany" for it's emotional vocal that still gives me goose bumps allover, Indo Tribe's hypnotizing "Owl" & thé all-time classic : "The Age Of Love"
But if it's raw power you're looking for, you'll certainly get your fix from Channel X or Plexus...
Actually none of these tracks have lost their magic over the past 10 years, especially if you take into account that some of them were already classic tunes at thàt point in time. It might sound slightly dated, it just radiates emotions!
Detroit purists will never admit to it, but these tracks have been just as influential as any Kevin Saunderson production, just in different genres.
Highly recommended to open-minded people!
