Special 14-kt gold promotional CD given to attendees of a ceremonial dinner given on behalf of a longtime Capitol executive, during the company's 1987 Manufacturing & Engineering conference. Only 100 copies were said to have been manufactured and distributed.

The booklet cover is a take-off on the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper" cover, containing the Beatles original LP images, and those of 70+ employees, including Chairman & CEO Bhaskar Menon.

Considering this is a production by the label's M&E department, there are numerous errors in tape selection: the Tex Williams song is the 1960 stereo re-make, and a few songs are re-channeled mono tracks ("Wheel of Fortune" & "Down by the Station"). "Now is the Hour" sounds muffled and truly awful on this disc.

"Penny Lane" is the mono single version, as is Nelson Riddle's "Lisbon Antigua".

The disc contains a "NOT FOR SALE" notation in the data ring.
